Just to remind you of what was stated on the actual RECEIPT "If you need help with your AdGuard subscription, please contact us on or reply to this email." 1. Below are the excuses so far from PADDLE to my simple request for a refund.

Please don't FOB ME OFF AGAIN the run around contunues! You "PADDLE" took the money and sent me the receipt so please refund my account immediately and stop this nonsense. I'll consider lifetime (on further thought, I wont), though is that worth this review, and me now kinda despising you the same as ads, who take too much from you just because they can?Īuto renewal no advanced warning before taking money. I'm buying another phone soon, I'd have gotten 2 x $30 lifetime for sure, but now, with your level of greed, I think you can go µ yourselves. How bout $1 a month for one phone? Or a $30 lifetime for one phone? With ability to change over, of course. I presume it's 3 in total since nothing is imminently stated otherwise, so is it lifetime, or is it just till I trash 3 phones (which could theoretically be within a very short time)? If that's the case, every phone will have 16% added to their cost from your app, with the up front payment for the first one, including that for the next 2 (+48% on the first).

vat is $99, for one phone, because I don't have 3, so that's no value. Got this new phone at $207 the other day, just a casual user who hate ads. I'd pay a $ a month, even that's a stretch, $3.14 is too much. Outrageous and unfair pricing for what's provided overall. At this point I would not recommend using AdGuard or it’s products to anyone. Even when providing details and screenshots of issues support will gaslight you and say the issue is number of unrelated things or replay in nonsensical ways to anyone familiar with software coding or how applications work in general. Their customer support experience is horrible like most companies now days that export their support services. I have asked to simply be given a pro license for the free version due to my experience and AdGuard has refused.

Eventually my complaints are heard and one thing is fixed after nearly a year and new issues will arise with the fix. This app is updated very rarely in contrast and has had issues for me for years through various phones and IOS versions. Rather than using the free version and upgrading to pro I was foolish enough to buy the pro version app.
